1. General

By purchasing through this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all online orders placed with Rugia LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) and override any conflicting conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AED and include 5% VAT.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm your order.
Shipping within the UAE is free of charge.
At this time, we only deliver within the UAE. International shipping may be introduced at a later stage and may incur additional fees.

3. Made-to-Order Policy

All Rugia rugs are handmade and made to order. Production begins once payment has been received in full.
Production time is typically between 5–9 weeks, depending on the design and technique. Once production is complete, delivery takes approximately 7–10 working days.

4. Cancellations & Changes

As each rug is made to order, cancellations or changes cannot be accepted once production has started. All sales are final and non-refundable.

5. Product Variations & Samples

Due to the handcrafted nature of our rugs, slight variations in colour, size, weave, or texture may occur and are not considered defects.
Shading, sprouting, or directional pile changes are natural characteristics of handmade rugs.
Samples are intended as a guide to colour and texture — as each rug is individually made, minor variations may occur in the final piece.
Samples are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

6. Delivery & Risk

Shipping to the UAE is free of charge. Once your rug is ready in production, delivery takes approximately 7–10 working days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
 For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly at info@rugia-studio.com. Risk transfers to the client upon delivery.

7. Claims & Warranty

Visible damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Hidden issues must be reported within 14 days.
Rugs with material or workmanship defects will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. General wear, fading, or improper care are not covered under warranty.

8. Intellectual Property

All rug designs, imagery, and written content on this website remain the intellectual property of Rugia LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
