Delivery within Dubai are complementary for orders above AED 18,000. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee of AED 500 applies.

Deliveries to other Emirates within the UAE may incur additional charges.

Once your rug is complete, delivery typically takes 7–10 working days.

Every Rugia piece is made-to-measure, with production times ranging between 5 and 9 weeks, depending on the technique and design.

We will contact you once your rug is ready for delivery to arrange a convenient time.

All Rugia rugs are made-to-measure; therefore, returns cannot be accepted. We kindly ask you to ensure that all measurements, colours, and designs are correct before placing your order.
