A delivery and installation charge of AED 750 per order applies within Dubai.

Deliveries to other Emirates within the UAE incur a fee of AED 1,050.

Once your rug is complete, delivery typically takes 7–10 working days.

Every Rugia piece is made to measure to ensure the perfect fit, with production times ranging between 5 and 9 weeks, depending on the technique and design.

We will contact you once your rug is ready for delivery to arrange a convenient time.

All Rugia rugs are made to measure; therefore, returns cannot be accepted. We kindly ask you to ensure that all measurements, colours, and designs are correct before placing your order.
