Each Rugia piece is made to order to ensure it is the perfect fit for your space. This approach allows every rug to be crafted with intention — in the right size, colour, and texture for your home.

Production time depends on the design and technique, typically between 5 and 9 weeks. Once your rug is ready, delivery within the UAE takes approximately seven to ten working days.

Shipping within the UAE is complimentary.

As each rug is made to order, returns or exchanges are not possible. Please ensure that all measurements, colours, and designs are correct before placing your order.

Samples are available to allow you to experience the texture and colour before ordering. Samples are non-returnable.

Rugia offers a curated selection of colours available online. If you are seeking a variation within our existing palette, please get in touch — we will gladly review your request where possible.
Bespoke options are available exclusively for trade clients through our Trade Programme.

We recommend professional cleaning for deeper maintenance and regular vacuuming without a rotating brush to protect the fibres. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, and rotate your rug occasionally to ensure even wear.
